Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a lovely time! The staff was really friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was great, especially for the kids. The hotel is in a key location, surrounded by stunning nature trails and wildlife, perfect for a morning hike. The breakfast buffet was good, with plenty to choose from.

There was no elevator, which was a bit inconvenient when carrying luggage up to the room. The room itself was a bit small for a family of four. The curtains also let in a lot of light, making it difficult to sleep in. Would've appreciated a bigger TV in the room as well. had a nice experience and would recommend!
